Light + Building to bring together around 2,000 exhibitors who will showcase innovations in lighting, building automation, electrical engineering, and security technology.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a market that is undergoing a tectonic shift, the industry is turning to Light + Building as the premier forum for innovative lighting and building services technology solutions.From 8 to 13 March, Frankfurt will once again become a meeting place for innovation. Approximately 2,000 domestic and foreign exhibitors will demonstrate how design, technology, and intelligent connectivity are coming together to create comprehensive ideas, while industry leaders, newcomers, and start-ups will offer new energy in the areas of electrical engineering, lighting, building automation, and security technology. Over 75 per cent of exhibitors are expected from overseas, with significant participation anticipated from China, Italy, Turkey, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Austria, and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steffen Larbig, Director \u2013 Brand Management, Light + Building, stated, \u201cWe are entering the countdown to Light + Building with great energy and are delighted by the strong participation of renowned market leaders as well as new exhibitors and start-ups. The international presence and the high level of registrations despite challenging market conditions underline the relevance of the trade fair. Light + Building is the place where the industry\u2019s key needs become visible \u2013 from the interplay of energy-efficient technology, digital connectivity and lighting in all its facets to solutions addressing high construction and energy costs, skills shortages and renovation pressures. Current challenges are addressed here while forward-looking impulses are set.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a glance: Exhibitors from the lighting sector<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition grounds are divided into two sections: the eastern section is dedicated to lighting exhibitors, while the western section will host exhibitors from electrical engineering and home and building automation. Approximately 60 per cent of exhibitors are in the lighting sector and 40 per cent in the building sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exhibitors will present solutions in the \u201ctechnical lighting\u201d segment for workplaces, educational facilities, industry, and public spaces. Efficiency, high lighting quality and standards-compliant planning are the main priorities. Functional and networked lighting solutions are concentrated in Halls 3.0, 4.0, 4.1, 5.1, and the Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AEC Illuminazione, BEGA, Brumberg, Glamox, Ledvance, Molto Luce, Normagrup, RZB, SG Armaturen, Simes, and Zambelis are among the market leaders in Hall 3.0. Benito Urban, C. & G. Carandini, Elektro-Lumen, GMR Enlights, Leipziger Leuchten, Metalogalva, Norka, and Ragni are among the exhibitors in Hall 4.0, which focuses on urban lighting solutions for streets, squares, and public outdoor spaces. Awex Rafal Stanuch, Fischer, GSYSTEMS, Inotec, Linergy, and RP-Technik are among the emergency, safety, and speciality lighting exhibitors in Hall 4.1, which also features product solutions from Deko-Light, Dotlux, Lena Lighting, Radium Lampenwerk, and Rutec Light. Thorn, Tridonic, and Zumtobel Group Deutschland will present their most recent innovations in the Forum, while Adolf Schuch, Lichtwerk, Regiolux, Ridi Leuchten, Signify, Trilux, Waldmann, and XAL will gather in Hall 5.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design and lighting effects are the main topics of Hall 3.1. Luminaires that highlight architecture, define spaces, and create ambience will be displayed by the exhibitors. Technical innovation and design ambition go hand in hand. 3F Filippi, Ideal Lux, Kreon, Leds C4, Lightnet, Linea Light, Lival OY, Osvaldo Matos, Prolicht, Redo Group, Serien Lighting, and Wangs Alliance Corporation are the companies that will be represented.
Elstead Lighting, F.A.N. Europe Lighting, Nordlux, Nova Luce, and Zambelis are among the firms who will showcase decorative designer luminaires for private living spaces and the hospitality industry in Hall 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Control systems and intelligent interfaces are among the lighting technology components that will present in Hall 8. Among many others, exhibitors Bender & Wirth, BJB, Casambi, Osram, TCI, and Vossloh-Schwabe will showcase the technological underpinnings needed for connected lighting solutions and smart building applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building: Exhibitors at a glance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Halls 9, 11, and 12 in the western part will deal with electrical engineering, home, and building automation. Level 12.0 and 12.1 will concentrate on electrical installation, charging systems, and energy management, along with systems for decentralised energy supply, switchgear, cables, and photovoltaic elements. Companies like ABB, Busch-Jaeger, Bals, Dehn, Doepke Schaltger\u00e4te, Fr\u00e4nkische Rohrwerke, Gustav Hensel, Hager, Kaiser, KNX, Mennekes, Niedax, OBO Bettermann, and SMA Solar Technology will exhibit their expertise in intelligent energy control and efficient integration of renewable energy. Automation solutions, control solutions, and networked energy distribution will be displayed in hall 11 on both levels, with a focus on design-oriented electrical installation, network technology, and industrial building automation. The latest developments in electrical engineering and home and building automation will be showcased by market leaders like Albrecht Jung, Beckhoff, Eaton, Esylux, Gira Giersiepen, Legrand, Phoenix, Rittal, Schneider Electric, S.
